Refund policy

Reservation deposit
Your $199 deposit reserves your order for a Realbotix Echo robot from its initial manufacturing batch and will be applied toward the purchase price. Your reservation is governed by our Terms of Service.

Payments
Before each Echo goes into production, we’ll invoice 50% of its price, due within 30 days of the invoice date to keep your reservation. The rest, plus shipping, is invoiced before it’s delivered.

Refunds
If we can’t deliver your Echo, we’ll refund your deposit and any payments; otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.

Delivery
Deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2027 and are available within the United States only; delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
